The Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with the use of the HopeRaiser application. The terms “us,” “our,” and “HopeRaiser” refer to Sitio Uno Inc, a company located in Miami, Florida, United States of America. Your privacy is important to us. HopeRaiser strives to ensure that your information is securely protected in accordance with this policy. By accepting the HopeRaiser app service, you agree that Sitio Uno Inc may collect information about you as reflected in this Privacy Policy. The privacy policies do not apply through any channel other than the HopeRaiser application or website. When using the HopeRaiser app and our website, you may provide us with “Personal Information,” which refers to all information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information about your use and activities. We may collect, store, or share your Personal Data when you register, thereby providing, improving, and protecting our services. This includes collecting additional Personal Data you provide when interacting with technical support via email, chat, or phone, and when you choose to receive our marketing emails. Account Information. We use identifying data, including Personal Data, to verify your identity and carry out your requests made through the website or application. We collect the information you provide us:

Contact Information: such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, physical address, and/or any other information indicated during the registration process. This is done through certain actions, like registering with your account and/or upgrading to a paid plan, and we link this information to your account.

Information related to any communication sent by you to us via email or other alternate means.

Financial Information: Our payment service providers will collect financial information in relation to the plans you subscribe to in connection with HopeRaiser.

Data that identifies you, such as your IP address, login information, browser type, time zone, general geolocation data we collect and you provide when you register, log in, and how you interact with messages.

Sensitive Information: This data includes Personal Data that reveals government-issued identification, finances, precise geolocation, race, religion, union membership, private communications, genetics, biometrics, health, or a person’s sexual orientation. We use your sensitive data only when it is reasonably necessary to provide the services and limited to the commercial purpose for which the sensitive data was collected.

If you believe someone has created an unauthorized account using your Personal Data, you can request its deletion by writing to us at Support@hoperaiser.app. Your Files. Our services are designed to make it easier to store files, documents, photos, comments, messages, etc. It is expected that these will be acquired by another person authorized by the user in the future and can be viewed from different devices and services. To facilitate this, we store, process your files and the information related to them, and they may be provided to authorized persons once your death is verified. Data You Share About Another Person Contacts: You may choose to give access to your Personal Data to users you previously designated at the time of creating and editing your subscription plan. The designated contacts who can access your safe content may be users already registered in the application, or those you invite as a user, providing their email address. We will store these contacts on our servers, with the information you provided; such as their name and surname, phone number, and email address. When you share another person’s contact information through our features within your subscription plan documents, you affirm that you have obtained that person’s consent to share their Personal Data with HopeRaiser. Do not share anyone’s Personal Data without their consent or permission. We use the information you have shared on behalf of another person in accordance with this policy. Usage Information. We collect information related to how you use the services, including actions you take in your account, such as creating, moving, viewing, editing files of all kinds. We use this information to provide, improve, and promote our services, and protect all HopeRaiser users. Device Information. We also collect information from the devices you use to access the Services and information about those devices. This includes IP addresses, access requests to select Files or Gallery, the type of browser and device you use, the web page you visited before accessing our sites, and the identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices (depending on the settings) may also transmit information about your location to the Services. For example, we use device information to detect abuse and identify and solve problems. Marketing. Users have the option to use some of our Services at no charge. These free Services are made possible because some users upgrade their accounts to some of our paid Services. If you register for our Services, and you grant us permission, we will occasionally send you information about the available options to upgrade. Users who receive these marketing documents can opt out at any time.

Cookies and Other Technologies. We use certain technologies, like cookies, to provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. For instance, cookies help us remember your username for your next visit, understand how you interact with our Services, and improve our Services based on that information. Marketing purposes, when you opt to receive marketing emails and have never unsubscribed. We use identification data such as your email address and your first and last name to send you personalized marketing messages. Protection and Storage of Your Data How We Protect Your Information We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your Personal Data. For example, sensitive Personal Data is stored through the mongoDB database system and the Firebase API. Access to your account information requires a username and password, which will be stored encrypted. You must keep your password confidential and always log out after use. Security. We have a dedicated team to protect your information and to ensure its protection, we follow the security standards of the OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) foundation, as well as Firebase test lab, Firebase app distribution, Identity platform, Firebase Storage. We continue working on features to protect your information, in addition to other improvements, such as file encryption in storage and alerts for new devices and applications linked to your account. To detect abusive behavior and content that could harm our Services, you, or other users, we implement automated technologies. We securely store documents using the document upload function. We also use site metrics and data about your use of the website to ensure that the process runs smoothly, to ensure that your information is always secure, to process payments, and to maintain the back-end of our site. Retention. When you register for an account as a user, we will retain the information you store in our Services for as long as your account is active or for as long as necessary to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will initiate the deletion of this information after 30 days. In which we perform a logical deletion, and the status will be changed to “Deleted”, the information will remain in the Firebase API database, which stores files and users, while MongoDB will store general data. However, please note that: (1) there may be a period of compliance in deleting this information from our servers and backups permanently, and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Control of Data and Your Access to Data You have control over your personal data and how it is collected and shared with authorized users. For example, you have the right to: Erase or delete your files from your HopeRaiser account. Modify or correct your personal data. You can manage your account and its content, in addition to editing some of your personal data, through the profile editing option. You can access your personal data in your HopeRaiser account. You can also request a copy of the personal data you provide to us or that we have collected, inquire about the purpose of the collection, and the types of third parties with whom you wish to share the information. Sensitive or Confidential Information. While we do not request or require any sensitive data from you to use our service, some of the documents you upload through the document upload function may contain sensitive information. We will store this data on your behalf, in accordance with the purpose of the document upload function, but for no other purpose. Additionally, you are informed that HopeRaiser will not sell Personal Data in any context. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide you with prior notice and a direct opportunity to opt-out of sharing sensitive information.

Third-Party Privacy Policy:

We may link to or offer third-party services on our website. The use of these services is not governed by our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy. We do not control the services of these third parties or how they use your information and documents. Make sure to review the terms and conditions and privacy policy before using any third-party service. This privacy policy applies to non-registered third-party visitors to the HopeRaiser app who only access it to add a badge in the Eden Section. For this, you will be asked to make a payment through a Payment Processor, and your financial data will be required, such as your account number, credit card, or other billing information, account type, institution, and ownership information.

Your Other Rights:

You have the right to correct your information, have your information erased, object to the use or sharing of your information, or dictate the way we use and share information. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe. If you wish to exercise any of your rights described above as a data subject, please use the support options described in “Contact Us” or through our email: Support@hoperaiser.app. We will respond to all your requests in accordance with applicable laws. To protect your privacy, we may also take steps to verify your identity before responding to your request, such as asking security questions or questions about our services. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment as a result of exercising such rights.

Types of Data We Do Not Collect:

We do not collect data from children. Our services are intended to be used only by individuals over the age of 18. We do not target HopeRaiser to children, and we do not knowingly collect, share, or sell any personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Our documents allow you to enter information about your dependent children, but we do not collect this information without your consent to do so. Likewise, we will understand that entering information about your dependent children will signify an unequivocal expression of intent. If you believe your child has provided this type of information on our application, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly respond and remove such information from our records. Data Belonging to Citizens of the European Union Our services and products are designed, developed, and intended for use by adults in the United States. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect any data from any person who is a citizen of the European Union. The information that users store in their designated spaces is encrypted with a unique secret key for each user, so we do not know its content and do not manipulate those data in any way.

The business purposes for collecting personal data are those summarized in our “Grounds for Processing Your Data” section. For business purposes, we disclosed the following categories of personal data in the last 12 months: identifiers/contact information, demographic information (such as gender and age), payment card information, information about your activity on the Internet or other electronic network, geolocation data, audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, and inferences drawn from the above. We disclosed each category to business partners and external service providers, external sites or platforms, such as social networking sites and other third parties. Sitio Uno Inc operates the HopeRaiser application, hence these privacy policies apply solely to the use of this application. They do not apply to other customers of other services or applications owned by Sitio Uno Inc. Nor will they apply to information that Sitio Uno Inc collects through other methods or services. Sitio Uno Inc is committed to keeping the privacy policies updated on its website and/or notifying those involved about their updates.

Modifications to This Privacy Policy:

We may modify this Privacy Policy as necessary. If we make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email and/or post a notice in the application service before or on the effective date of the changes.
